Great looking tree, but one minor issue
Overall, I'm very happy with this artificial ficus. It looks great in my office and adds a nice pop of green. The quality is excellent, and it's very realistic. My only minor complaint is that one of the leaves was slightly bent during shipping. I was able to straighten it out without much trouble, but the packaging could be a bit better. Still, I would definitely recommend this product.
Nice tree, but smaller than expected - Support was great!
The tree is pretty and looks good in the corner of my room, but I was a little disappointed with the size. It's smaller than I anticipated based on the dimensions listed. Also, delivery took a little longer than promised. I contacted customer support, and they were very helpful and responsive, which I appreciated. They explained the delay and offered a small discount, which was a nice gesture. All in all a good product.
Thank you for your feedback, Sarah! We're sorry to hear that the tree was smaller than expected and that the delivery was delayed. We're glad our customer support team was able to assist you and offer a resolution. We appreciate your business and hope you enjoy your new tree!
Absolutely stunning artificial ficus tree!
I am beyond thrilled with this purchase! The tree looks incredibly realistic, and the gold planter is the perfect touch. It adds a touch of elegance to my living room. I was a bit skeptical about buying an artificial plant, but this one exceeded all my expectations. The leaves are so detailed, and the stems are adjustable, which is a huge plus. Definitely worth the price!
