Great looking tree, wish the planter was a bit bigger
The artificial ficus tree is very high quality and looks fantastic. It's a great size for my apartment. My only slight issue is that the planter feels a little small for the size of the tree, but overall I'm very satisfied. It still looks amazing.
Nice tree but packaging could be better
The tree itself is great and looks just like the pictures. However, the packaging was a bit flimsy, and a couple of leaves were slightly bent when it arrived. I managed to straighten them out, but it would be great if the packaging was improved. Otherwise, I'm happy with the product, looks great in my office! I think its a little expensive but I did get it on sale.
Thank you for your feedback, Tom! We're sorry to hear about the packaging issue and any bent leaves. We're constantly working to improve our packaging. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention. Please contact our support team if you need any assistance with the tree.
