Great looking tree, slightly smaller than expected but still happy
The tree looks fantastic and very realistic. My only slight issue is that it's a little smaller than I had imagined from the photos, but overall I'm very pleased with the purchase. It was easy to put in a larger pot and looks great on my patio.

Good overall, minor imperfections, excellent customer service

However, the customer service was excellent and very responsive. They offered a partial refund which I appreciated. It still adds a nice touch to my garden. Would buy again!
