Nice tree, just a little smaller than I expected.
The tree is beautiful and looks very realistic. My only complaint is that it's a bit shorter than I thought it would be based on the description. Still, it's a great addition to my office and I'm happy with the purchase overall.
Good looking tree, but the planter arrived slightly dented.
The tree itself is great - very realistic and looks good in my hallway. However, the metal planter had a small dent in it when it arrived. It's not super noticeable, but a little disappointing. Still using it as it's a great product overall, just packaging could be better.
Thank you for your feedback! We're sorry to hear the planter arrived with a dent. We're always working to improve our packaging. A member of our customer service team has reached out to offer a partial refund for the inconvenience. We appreciate your understanding!
