Great artificial plant, but delivery took a little longer than expected.
The Monstera plant itself is fantastic! It looks very realistic and is the perfect size for the corner of my office. My only slight issue was that the delivery took almost a week longer than estimated, but it was worth the wait. It was packaged well, and easy to arrange. Would buy again!
Absolutely stunning Monstera! Brings life to my living room!
I was looking for a way to add some greenery to my apartment without the hassle of real plants, and this Monstera is perfect! It looks so realistic, and the pot is a nice, simple design. I've gotten so many compliments on it already. Highly recommend!
Nice plant but one leaf was slightly bent. Great customer service though!
Overall, I'm happy with this artificial Monstera. It looks quite realistic and fits well in my sunroom. However, one of the leaves arrived slightly bent. It's not a huge deal and I was able to straighten it out mostly. It would be better if the packaging was a little more robust to prevent this kind of thing. I contacted customer support, and they were very responsive and offered a partial refund! I didn't even ask for one but appreciated the customer service anyway.
Thank you for your feedback, Sarah! We're sorry to hear one of the leaves was bent during shipping. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and are glad our customer support team was able to assist. We're constantly working to improve our packaging to prevent any damage during transit. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any further questions.
