Good plant, but some leaves bent during shipping. Okay customer service.
The bamboo plant is nice, but a few of the leaves were bent when it arrived. I was able to straighten them out mostly, but it's still noticeable. Contacted customer support, and they offered a small partial refund which was appreciated.

Great looking faux plant, stylish pot. Wish it was a bit taller.
The plant itself is very nice and looks quite real. The pot is a great touch, very modern. I just wish it was maybe 6 inches taller to fill the space better. Overall, very happy with the quality.
