Nice tree, slightly smaller than expected but great quality
The tree is really nice and looks great in my office. I was expecting it to be a bit taller based on the description, but it still works. The leaves are very realistic, and it was packaged well. Overall, very happy with the purchase, and it adds a nice touch to the room. Just be aware that the height might be a little off!
Absolutely stunning faux ficus tree! Looks so real!
I am so impressed with this artificial ficus tree. It looks incredibly realistic and has added a lovely touch of greenery to my living room. The twisted trunk is a beautiful detail. It was easy to set up in a decorative pot. Highly recommend!
Good looking tree, but pot arrived a bit damaged
I really like the look of this artificial ficus tree! It’s pretty convincing and adds a nice touch to my home. However, the plain plastic pot it came in was cracked during shipping. I'm planning to repot it anyway so not a HUGE deal, but still kinda annoying. It would be great if they could improve the packaging. Otherwise, the tree itself is good quality for the price.
Thank you for your feedback, Samantha! We're so sorry to hear about the damaged pot. We are always looking for ways to improve our packaging to avoid issues like this. We'd be happy to offer you a partial refund to compensate for the damaged pot. Please contact our customer support team at [email protected], and we'll be glad to assist you further. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention!
