Nice looking tree, but pot arrived slightly cracked.
The tree itself is lovely and very realistic. HOWEVER, the pot it came in had a small crack on the side (probably from shipping). It's not a huge deal, I'll just replace the pot, but a little disappointing. Otherwise, I'm happy with the tree and it looks great in my entryway. Would have been 5 stars if not for the cracked pot!
Thank you for your feedback, Sarah! We're so sorry to hear about the cracked pot. Our team has reached out to you via email to arrange a replacement pot or offer a partial refund. We appreciate your understanding and are glad you like the tree!
Absolutely stunning artificial ficus! Exceeded my expectations.
I was a bit hesitant to buy an artificial tree online, but this ficus is incredible. The leaves look so realistic, and the size is perfect for my living room. It adds a touch of greenery without the hassle of real plants. So happy with my purchase!
Great tree, a little smaller than I pictured, but still beautiful
The tree arrived quickly and was well-packaged. It looks very realistic and fits nicely in my office. I was expecting it to be a bit taller based on the measurements, but it's still a great addition. Would recommend!
