Beautiful tree, but the pot was slightly damaged upon arrival.
The tree is gorgeous and looks very realistic. However, the copper planter had a small dent when it arrived. It's not very noticeable, so I decided to keep it. But the packaging could be improved. Despite the minor issue, I love the tree!

Great value for money! Looks amazing in my home office.
I was surprised at how good this artificial palm tree looks for the price. It's a great alternative to a real plant, without all the upkeep. I've gotten so many compliments on it already. Very pleased with my purchase!

Great looking tree, but delivery took a little longer than expected.
The tree itself is fantastic and looks great in my office. It was easy to set up and arrange the stems. My only complaint is that the delivery took almost two weeks. But overall, I'm very happy with the purchase.

Nice tree, a little smaller than anticipated but still good.
The tree is nice and looks good in the corner of my dining room. I thought it would be a little taller from the photos, but it's still a good size. Easy to assemble and looks realistic enough. Happy overall.

Tree is nice, but some assembly issues with the planter
The palm tree is beautiful and looks great. I had a little trouble putting the metal planter together, the screws didn't quite line up right. I got it eventually. Its a little wobbly but looks good so I'm gonna keep it. Hopefully I can fix it with some extra washers.
Thank you for your feedback, Maria. We're sorry to hear you had trouble assembling the planter. We'd be happy to send you some replacement screws or washers, or provide a partial refund to compensate. Please contact us directly at [email protected] and we will get this resolved.
