Good looking tree, slight packaging issues but resolved quickly
The tree itself is lovely, very realistic looking and a great size. However, the planter arrived with a small crack, probably from shipping. I contacted customer service, and they were very helpful and offered a partial refund, which I accepted. The tree is still beautiful, and the crack isn't too noticeable. It looks great in my garden!
