Nice vase, but a bit smaller than expected
The vase is beautiful and the glass is really nice quality. I was expecting it to be a little bigger based on the dimensions, but it still works perfectly for what I need. Delivery was quick and packaging was secure.
Lovely vase, minor imperfections in glass
The vase is very pretty and works well with my decor. However, there were a couple of small imperfections in the glass, which is a bit disappointing since it's hand finished. Not a huge deal, but noticeable if you look closely. Overall, I'm happy with it, but it's not perfect. I hope the company can improve the quality control. I still like it though.
Thank you for your feedback, Robert! We're sorry to hear about the minor imperfections in the glass. As these vases are hand-finished, slight variations can occur. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and have reached out to you directly to offer a resolution. We value your business and hope to improve your experience.
