Okay, but packaging needs improvement
The bonsai itself is decent for the price. However, the packaging was not great, and a few of the leaves were slightly bent upon arrival. I was able to straighten them out, but it was a bit of a hassle. Overall, it's an okay product, but the packaging could definitely be improved. Hopefully this is something that can be easily fixed.
Thank you for your feedback, Tom! We're sorry to hear the packaging wasn't up to par and some leaves arrived bent. We're already looking into improved packaging to prevent this in the future. We appreciate you taking the time to let us know. Please contact us directly if you need any further assistance.
Great value and looks very realistic!
I was looking for a low-maintenance way to add some greenery to my apartment, and this artificial bonsai fit the bill perfectly. It looks surprisingly real, especially for the price. The pot is also quite stylish, and it was ready to display right out of the box. I'm very pleased with my purchase!
Nice bonsai, a little smaller than expected.
The bonsai is quite nice and looks good on my shelf. My only slight issue is that it's a tad smaller than I anticipated based on the product description. Still a great value for the price though, and I'm happy with my purchase. The wired stems are a nice touch, allowing me to adjust the branches to my liking.
