Nice planter, fern a little 'plasticky' - but good customer support
The copper planter itself is beautiful and well-made. The fern, however, looks a bit more artificial than I hoped for – a little too 'plasticky' for my taste. It's still a decent addition to my office, but not quite as realistic as I was expecting. I contacted customer support about my concerns and they very quickly offered a partial refund- very impressive!
