Decent, but packaging could be better.
The fern itself is nice and looks like the pictures. However, the packaging wasn't great, and a few of the fronds were bent upon arrival. I was able to straighten them out mostly, but that was a bit annoying. Overall, it's a good product, but the packaging needs improvement.
Thank you for your feedback, Thomas. We're sorry to hear about the issue with the packaging and bent fronds. We are reviewing our packaging process to prevent this from happening again. Please contact us directly so we can offer a discount on your next purchase. We appreciate your understanding!
Nice fern, but a little smaller than I expected.
The fern is very pretty and looks quite real. It was easy to arrange the leaves. I expected it to be a bit bigger based on the description, but it still works well on my bookshelf. Good value for the price.
