Decent palm, packaging could be better, but good customer service.
The palm itself is pretty good, looks fairly realistic. The leaves were a little bent when it arrived because the packaging wasn't great. I managed to straighten them out ok, but still. Wish they packaged it better. Overall, it looks nice in my hallway now. EDIT: Customer service contacted me and offered a partial refund due to the packaging issue. Changed my rating to 3 stars because they were so helpful.
Thank you for your feedback, Kevin! We sincerely apologize that the packaging wasn't adequate and caused the leaves to bend. We're glad we could offer a resolution and appreciate you updating your review. We're constantly working to improve our packaging to prevent this in the future. If you need anything else, please don't hesitate to contact us!
Good quality, just a bit smaller than I imagined
The palm tree is really nice and the leaves look very real. The only thing is it seemed a bit smaller than I expected from the description. But overall I'm happy with it. It arrived quickly and was easy to arrange the leaves. It's perfect for adding a bit of greenery to my office space.
Great value for the price! Looks fantastic in my DIY display.
I bought two of these palms to create a larger display and I'm so glad I did! They look fantastic together and the quality is surprisingly good for the price. I love that they are unpotted, because it gave me the freedom to choose my own pots and create exactly the look I wanted. Easy to arrange the leaves, and they really brighten up the room. Excellent value!
Perfect little palm for my living room!
I absolutely love this artificial palm tree! It looks so realistic and adds a touch of tropical vibes to my living room. It was exactly what I was looking for, and the price was great. I put it in a ceramic pot I already had, and it looks amazing. Highly recommend!
