Nice plant, but smaller than expected and pot was cracked. Excellent customer service!
The tree is beautiful and looks very realistic. However, it was a bit smaller than I anticipated based on the description, and the top corner of the pot had a small crack. I contacted customer service, and they were incredibly helpful and offered a partial refund to compensate for the damage. Considering the excellent service, I'm overall happy with my purchase, even with the minor issues.
Thank you for your feedback, Sarah! We are so sorry to hear the plant arrived with a cracked pot and was smaller than expected. We're glad our customer service team was able to assist you and provide a satisfactory resolution. We appreciate your understanding and hope you continue to enjoy your new plant!
Great looking plant, but arrived slightly bent
The plant looks fantastic and very realistic. It adds a nice touch of greenery to my office. The only downside was that a few of the leaves were slightly bent during shipping, but I was able to straighten them out without too much trouble. Overall, I'm very happy with my purchase.
Absolutely stunning! Looks so real, I can't believe it's artificial.
I was hesitant to buy an artificial tree, but this Red Robin Ficus is incredible. The leaves look so realistic, and the moss-covered pot is a great touch. It really brightens up my living room. My friends keep asking if it's real! Definitely worth the money.
