Pretty good, but the packaging could be better
The tree itself is lovely and looks great in my entryway. However, the packaging was a bit flimsy, and one of the leaves was slightly bent. I managed to straighten it out, but it was a bit annoying. Overall, I'm happy with the product, but the packaging needs improvement.
Thank you for your feedback, Emily! We apologize that the packaging wasn't up to par and caused a bent leaf. We're always working to improve our packaging to ensure products arrive in perfect condition. We're glad you were able to straighten the leaf and are otherwise happy with your purchase. Please don't hesitate to contact us if you have any further concerns.
