Lovely Agapanthus, slight issue with the pot but customer service was great!
The Agapanthus itself is beautiful and very realistic. It looks great in my entryway. However, the moss covering on the pot was a bit loose and messy when it arrived. It was an easy fix with some glue. I emailed customer service, and they were very responsive and offered a partial refund for the inconvenience. I'm very happy with their service and the plant overall. Would recommend!
Thank you for your feedback, Sarah! We're so glad you love the Agapanthus and appreciate you bringing the pot issue to our attention. We're happy we could resolve it for you. Please don't hesitate to contact us if you need anything else.
Nice plant, wish it was a little taller.
The plant arrived quickly and was well-packaged. It looks great on my table, and the blue flowers are very vibrant. My only minor complaint is that it's a bit shorter than I expected. The dimensions are accurate, but visually, it seems smaller. Still happy with my purchase tho.
Absolutely stunning! Even better than the photos.
I was a little hesitant to buy an artificial plant online, but this Agapanthus is incredible. The quality is top-notch, and the blue flowers look so realistic. It adds a beautiful pop of color to my living room. I've already gotten so many compliments! Definitely worth the price.
