Nice plants, but a bit smaller than I expected.
The plants are really nice and look great on my balcony. The quality is good and they add a nice touch of greenery. I was expecting them to be a little bigger, maybe I didn't read the dimensions closely enough. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase.
Cute plants, but packaging needs improvement
I love the look of these plants - they are so cute! They really brighten up my living room. However, the packaging could be better. One of the pots had a small crack when it arrived. It wasn't a huge deal and didn't affect the plant, but still slightly annoying and something to be aware of. Overall still happy with my purchase though!. Maybe more bubble wrap?
Thank you for your feedback, Sarah! We're sorry to hear about the cracked pot and appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We're reviewing our packaging process to prevent this from happening again. We're glad you like the plants! If you'd like, please contact us, and we can discuss a partial refund for the inconvenience caused.
Perfect for adding a touch of green to my patio!
I was looking for something low maintenance to brighten up my patio, and these artificial ball trees are perfect. They look surprisingly realistic, and I love the little lavender flowers. So easy to just take out of the box and place where you want them. Great value for the price!
