Good quality, took a bit longer to arrive than expected
The trees are lovely and look great on either side of my front door. They did take a little longer to arrive than I was expecting, but they were well packaged and in perfect condition upon arrival. Very happy with how they look!

The trees are beautiful, but one of them had a slightly bent spiral when it arrived. I contacted customer service, and they were very helpful and offered a partial refund to compensate. Happy with the resolution and the trees look great now after straightening out the spiral as best I could!
