Decent tree, smaller than expected... but good customer service
The tree looks pretty good, but it's smaller than I anticipated. I measured it, and it's closer to 165cm than 180cm. Kinda annoying. However, the quality is decent, and it still looks nice in the corner of my room. I contacted customer service, and they were very responsive and offered other options so I appreciated that.
Thank you for your feedback, Tom! We apologize that the tree was not the exact height advertised. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we're glad our customer service team was able to assist you. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any further questions.
Great looking tree, but packaging could be improved.
The tree itself is fantastic and looks very realistic. Exactly what I wanted. My only complaint is that the packaging wasn't great, and a couple of the leaves were slightly bent on arrival. I was able to straighten them out though, and it looks fine now. Overall, very happy with the purchase.
Beautiful and realistic! Adds a touch of nature to my living room.
I absolutely love this artificial fiddle fig tree! It looks so real and adds a perfect touch of greenery to my living room. It was easy to set up and looks great in the decorative pot I bought for it. Highly recommend!
Perfect faux tree for my office!
I needed something to brighten up my office space, and this artificial fiddle fig tree was the perfect solution. It looks incredibly realistic, and I've already received so many compliments on it! It requires absolutely no maintenance, which is a huge plus for me since I tend to forget to water real plants. Great value for the price!
